Mobility is the combination of flexibility and strength in the muscular system, resulting in the ability to actively move joints through a full range of movement. This course will provide you with a full body activation and stretch programme to help you loosen up tight areas of restriction and begin to improve strength in common areas of weakness.
This is a general mobility programme suitable for beginners which will introduce you to the fundamentals of mobility training. More area specific courses will available soon.
This programme includes access to 12 x 45 minute pre-recorded, instructor lead videos which you can do in your own home at a time that works best for you. No equipment is required and you will have unlimited access to the sessions which you can repeat as many times as you like. there will also be progression programmes available in Jan '21.
I will also be on hand to give any help and advice required whilst doing the programme.
